Founded in 1965.

In the half century since Monarch Real Estate was founded in Las Cruces, we have grown into the area's experienced real estate and property management group, with deep roots in the communities we serve.

Today, we offer a roster of mostly single-family homes for rent along with a variety of commercial spaces. Most of our managed properties are within walking distance of New Mexico State University. Our properties are competitively priced, well-maintained, professionally managed, and some are even pet-friendly (with fees and restrictions).
